Pearl effect for the purple part of the hat and top.
Glitters on the hair and the flower
Glitters for the background for the versions with glitters on the background (obviously)

Almost all C grades have not so noticeable defaults but I wasn't sure to put them in B or C so I preferred to go for C

I do not grade the back of the pins, except for bent and broken back posts.
